BENEZRA & CULVER VIDEOCONFERENCING INFORMATION

Benezra & Culver, L.L.C., offers a videoconferencing facility at our convenient location in Lakewood, Colorado. Avoid costly deposition travel expenses by conducting your out-of-town depositions in our large conference room, and a high-speed connection (IP/1.5 mbps) that assures a reliable picture.  Our rates are well below market at $125/hr. Terms and Conditions:

Reservation of room and equipment will not be held until the signed reservation form and a $250 deposit are received. The deposit will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled 24 hours prior to the scheduled conference. Payment may be made by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, check or cash. Payment terms are NET 10 days following conference date.

Rates are based on hourly fees, minimum one hour, with half-hour increments thereafter. Rates for usage outside normal business hours (8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., Monday-Friday) will be billed at $150/hr.

Scheduling Party will be responsible for locating a videoconferencing facility in the out-of-town location. Scheduling Party may choose which party will initiate the videoconference call.

Benezra & Culver, L.L.C. is not responsible for delays, postponements or failure of videoconferencing equipment due to unforeseen circumstances and in no way is liable for any loss of use, lost profits, consequential or any other damages. In no event shall any liability exceed the amount of the room rental fee.
